About Us:

Training for Performance

 



The Total Athlete’s Performance Division is a fully functional sports training facility offering the very best training for athletes of all ages as well as the general public. 

Our sports training includes Complete Off-Season & In-Season Strength & Conditioning, Speed Development, Speed & Agility, Power Yoga, Jump Training, as well as specialized high intensity CHAOS classes

Our general public training includes Personal Training (1 on 1 or small group), Yoga, Boot Camp, Group Fitness, Prenatal Classes, and Specialized training designed for Police, Fire and Armed Forces

 

 

SPORTS TRAINING:

Open Lift Sessions:  Open lift sessions are available multiple times per week for both males and females starting w/7th graders (Junior High Open Lift) through high school seniors.   Our Junior High Program maintains a basic foundation in core lifts and full body, functional workouts while emphasizing strict/safe form throughout.  Our Varsity Lift Sessions are designed to either compliment the student/athletes current lifting program, to better prepare them for their upcoming off-season programming or to completely prepare them for an upcoming season.  

Open Speed Development Sessions (Speed & Agility) The Total Athletes Speed Development Sessions are designed to teach proper running mechanics.  The better your form, the more efficiently you run and move w/ power and speed, the faster you are on the court or field.  We work to improve flexibility, stride length and stride frequency, proper body lean, proper upper body mechanics, improved foot speed and coordination. 

Power Yoga:  Coming very soon

CHAOS: CHAOS Training is a 45-60 minute workout designed for group (police, fire, armed forces, etc) or team settings.  It’s principles are founded in dynamic functional movements, high intensity training, power lifting, plyometrics, core training and supplemental lifts.

Personal Training:

 Personal Training The Total Athlete offers specialized one on one personal training for everyone.  Whether you’re a stay at home mom, rehabbing an injury, or just looking to get back in shape, our staff has a personalized program for you.  

     All training begins with a complimentary general assessment and goal setting session.  From this point, we’re able to accurately and safely map out the training program to get you the results you want in the proper time frame.

 The staff holds the top certifications in the industry.

Group Classes:

Group Fitness:  The Total Athletes Group Fitness classes are a combination of weight/resistance training, cardio, and dynamic movements all focused on getting you in the best shape of your life.

CHAOS: CHAOS Training is a 45-60 minute workout designed for group (police, fire, armed forces, etc) or team settings.  It’s principles are founded in dynamic functional movements, high intensity training, power lifting, plyometrics, core training and supplemental lifts.   

All Abs:  This 30-minute “ab” class is… 30 minutes of all core work!  This class is a perfect complement to any of our other group classes.
