(21 workouts)
 Mondays (9 a.m. or 3 p.m.)
Wednesdays
(9 a.m. or 3 p.m.)
Saturdays (9 a.m.)
 Complete off-season training
to improve vertical leaping,
core endurance & power,
lateral movement, speed, power
and overall body strength.
 Sessions will last approximately 1 1/2 hours

Program
